Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP project/program management experience and hands-on JIRA expertise for Agile tracking, sprint planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Automotive/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on JIRA expertise for Agile project tracking and governance.
• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects, including planning and delivery.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration across modules and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.
• Manage Epics, Sub-Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks & Subtasks in JIRA.
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Maintain RAID/CRAID logs and provide project status reporting.
• Support PI Planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives, and release activities.
• Coordinate integration between SAP modules and legacy/third-party systems.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, training, and data-readiness activities.
• Manage JIRA boards, workflows, dashboards, custom fields, and configurations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance forums, workshops, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement across project management and JIRA processes.
