Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA projects, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support efforts. You will manage Epics, track milestones in JIRA, and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.

The role requires hands-on JIRA expertise, strong SAP program management, and excellence in stakeholder communication within a hybrid environment. 4 days onsite per week in Dearborn, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 6+ years in IT with 3+ years leading SAP projects.
• Expert-level JIRA: board config, workflows, dashboards, Confluence integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA projects from planning through delivery.
• Governance for large-scale SAP I-ERP program and RAID logs.
• Manage Epics, Features, and tasks in JIRA across workstreams.
• Coordinate PI planning events and release readiness activities.
• Monitor scope, risks, issues, changes, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate cross-system integration with ERP modules and legacy apps.
