Job summary

FastTek Global seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives in Dearborn, MI. You will blend SAP governance with agile delivery practices, managing EPICs, RAID logs, and cross-functional collaboration using JIRA and Confluence.

The role requires hands-on JIRA expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex SAP programs on time and within scope. Onsite work in Dearborn is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support) in a project management capacity.
• Demonstrated expert-level, daily hands‑on use of JIRA — including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL queries, dashboard creation, and integration with Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive SAP program governance and large-scale SAP S4/HANA initiatives.
• Lead tactical activities and support overall program objectives.
• Manage EPICS/Sub Epics/Features for the Product Group in JIRA.
• Track issues, risks, changes, and RAID logs across the program.
• Coordinate PI planning and time-bound delivery for multiple workstreams.
• Administer JIRA boards, backlogs, dashboards, and workflows for SAP projects.
• Ensure successful integration with ERP modules and legacy systems.
