The ideal candidate will coordinate Epics, Features, and Tasks in JIRA, manage risks and RAID logs, support PI Planning, and drive release management across SAP ERP environments with a manufacturing focus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with SAP program management
• SAP S/4HANA project/program management experience
• Hands-on JIRA for Epics, Stories, Tasks & Subtasks
• Proven ability to manage governance, risks, and release processes
• Strong stakeholder coordination across large enterprises

Responsibilities

• Support governance activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs
• Lead tactical activities while supporting strategic program objectives
• Manage Epics, Sub-Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks & Subtasks in JIRA
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, and change requests
• Manage RAID logs and change-control processes
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, workshops, and retrospectives
• Coordinate integration points between ERP modules and legacy/third-party systems
• Track product-team scope, timelines, dependencies, and release activities
• Coordinate cutover, testing, training, and data-readiness activities
• Remove blockers and escalation issues through governance forums
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocations, budgets, timelines, and risk registers
• Own and administer JIRA boards, workflows, backlogs, dashboards, and custom fields
• Prepare project status reports and steering committee updates
• Drive continuous improvement in project management, JIRA standards, and reporting
