Job summary

Dizario Search is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to implement SAP S/4HANA. We’re seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the critical transformation from planning through go-live and stabilization.

You will own the project scope, schedule, risks, and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and operations. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel up to 50% to site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SAP/project experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Own project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and overall execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and operations.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership.
• Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks.

Dizario Search is partnered with a global manufacturing organization that is undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a critical implementation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact SAP transformation and work directly with business leaders, IT, SAP teams, and site-level stakeholders to drive the project from planning through go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage an SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization
• Own project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and overall execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and operations
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadershipIdentify and resolve project risks and roadblocks
• Support change management and organizational readiness throughout the implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Understanding of SAP business processes and implementation methodology
• Experience with testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent SAP/project experience
