Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage global onsite/offshore delivery.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall PM approaches.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact at the onsite location.
• Manage stakeholder communication with business leaders and IT teams.
• Lead requirement gathering and oversee implementations.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage SOWs, change requests, and commercial discussions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning and estimations.
• Ensure governance compliance with client and organizational processes.
