Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project teams, construction managers, procurement, warehouse, and maintenance groups in a large-scale industrial project environment.

You will coordinate SAP transactions, maintain master data, track vendor deliveries, and support PO and maintenance transaction entry while communicating with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate recording and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, procurement, purchasing, materials management, supply chain, or similar administrative/operations role.
• Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering/reconciling transactional information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, construction managers, procurement teams, warehousing, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project leaders and construction managers to confirm receipt of services and materials and ensure timely SAP entry.
• Enter/process SAP transactions: goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, MRO/spare parts requisitions, GR/IR, and basic PO updates.
• Create and maintain master data: material masters, vendor records, storage locations, and BOM/component updates.
• Track vendor deliveries, packing slips, inspection results, and other project documentation.
• Match inbound docs to SAP records and resolve discrepancies with Procurement/Warehouse.
• Support PO administration and coordinate with Procurement for PO closure after final invoice entry.
• Support work order/maintenance transaction entry, including maintenance notifications, orders, confirmations, and time/material postings.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and month-end reconciliations.
• Run SAP reports/KPIs (stock levels, open POs, GR/IR aging) and share info with stakeholders.
