Teal Energi is seeking an experienced Material Coordinator to serve as the interface between Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Procurement. The role ensures material availability for maintenance, coordinates procurement, and supports inventory optimization in large industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a large industrial production environment such as LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, or similar industries.
• Experience with SAP and maintenance planning systems.
• Background in maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, operations maintenance coordination, plant maintenance coordination, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience in materials management and supply chain support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in SAP and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Source and coordinate procurement of materials through SAP.
• Support maintenance and operations teams with material requests.
• Manage purchasing card transactions, reconciliation, and receipt processing.
• Coordinate after-hours purchasing activities as needed.
• Analyze material usage trends and recommend inventory improvements.
• Support BOM optimization efforts.
