Job summary

Salute seeks a Project Coordinator to support configuration, supply chain, vendor, logistics, and product procurement. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage change orders, track materials, and drive risk analyses to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. On-site presence in our Louisiana facility is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining large quantities of data in spreadsheets.
• Understands project controls and how they affect project completion.
• Understands change or depreciation principles.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to react to changes in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Works autonomously on multiple projects in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plans material demand, inventory control and logistics readiness from vendors to OEMs and/or office.
• Submits purchase requests, tracks purchase orders, submits goods receipts and processes procurement invoices.
• Maintains the budget and reviews change orders.
• Manages logistics of ordering and tracking parts for prototypes and engineering builds.
• Coordinates with vendors and manufacturing partners to drive materials and shipments.
• Troubleshoots issues and prepares weekly dashboards and reports.
• Supports site build activities and documents business requirements.
