Job summary

Syskoplan Reply US is a part of the Reply Network, focused on delivering SAP-driven projects with a team delivering global SAP solutions. The Project Coordinator will support administrative functions, maintain project plans, and ensure timely deliverables under the Project Manager for SAP initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and document management skills, plus travel up to 50% to support diverse project needs and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Travel up to 50%.
• SAP prior knowledge or software implementation experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational and administrative skills for project files.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Teams/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard project documentation (plan, travel plans, roster, status reports, risks/issues, budgets, presentations).
• Support testing coordination and defect management within SAP Cloud ALM; monitor progress and prioritize defects.
• Set up and organize project document repository.
• Record minutes in meetings and gather information for project docs.
• Manage change requests to project plans and documentation.
• Provide seamless communication and plan business activities with clients and stakeholders.
• Schedule and organize project team meetings.
• Coordinate third-party activities related to project execution.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
