Job summary

Syskoplan Reply US is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead global SAP initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will partner with client stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of SAP experience, 5+ years in project management, and hands-on experience with full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA, SAC). Travel up to 50% is required; a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Travel up to 50%.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role.
• Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle SAP projects (SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions).
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues in SAP landscape.
• Practical experience applying SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE).
• Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and advise the client on strategy, direction and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead global SAP projects, including budgets and resources.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with client stakeholders.
• Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills.
• Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client.
