Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives from Dearborn (MI) in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong SAP program management, hands-on JIRA usage, and cross-functional collaboration across ERP modules and third-party integrations. The candidate will drive governance, PI planning preparation, risk and change management, and end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP project management experience including implementations/upgrades.
• 6+ years IT experience.
• 3 years of program management experience.
• Expert-level experience with JIRA and related Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Manage epics, stories, tasks in JIRA and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Oversee governance, RAID logs, and change management processes.
• Coordinate PI planning and cross-functional logistics for major releases.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across streams.
• Ensure timely delivery and alignment with scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Facilitate integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
• Provide status reporting to steering committees and stakeholders.
