Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The role emphasizes hands-on JIRA use for agile tracking, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate combines SAP program management with agile delivery practices, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects in a PM capacity (implementation, upgrade, or support).
• 6 years of IT experience.
• 3 years of program management experience.
• Expert-level, daily hands-on experience with JIRA, including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL queries, dashboard creation, and Confluence integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP program management across multiple workstreams including end-to-end delivery of implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Manage epics, sub-epics, features, user stories, tasks, and subtasks in JIRA.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs; drive resolution and governance forums.
• Support PI planning and related logistics, sessions, and workshops.
• Coordinate integration points between SAP ERP modules and legacy or third-party systems.
