Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects in Dearborn, MI. The role combines SAP program expertise with hands-on JIRA for agile tracking, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage governance artifacts, coordinate PI planning events, and ensure on-time delivery across all workstreams. A Bachelor's degree and SAP project experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in IT, 3+ years of experience in Program Management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing SAP projects in a PM role.
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP project management efforts for SAP S/4HANA programs and upgrades.
• Define governance, track risks, issues, and change management.
• Manage epics, backlogs, and dashboards in JIRA; coordinate PI planning.
