Job summary

The Doyle Group is seeking an SAP Manager to lead a team of SAP admins, architects, consultants, and partners across deployed SAP modules. You will drive the enterprise SAP strategy, coordinate with business units, and ensure successful project execution with strong governance and security controls.

You will own the SAP platform, monitor performance, manage upgrades, and oversee vendor relationships while guiding change management to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 8+ years of SAP/ERP experience with leadership.
• Experience with FICO, MM, SD, PP, and PLM modules.
• U.S. Person status due to contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of SAP admins, architects, consultants and partners.
• Define and drive the SAP roadmap in collaboration with business units and architects.
• Oversee SAP platform performance, upgrades, patches, and security.
• Own vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and external partners.
• Develop and mature change management and governance processes for SAP.
