Job summary

Constellium in Ravenswood, West Virginia, seeks a Production Planner to manage SAP data critical for sales orders and manufacturing. The role centers on creating and maintaining Material Masters, production orders, and related BOMs and routings to support on-time production.

The planner will handle non-standard orders and trials, manage WIP and finished goods data, and coordinate with technical and quality teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, SCM, CS, data analytics, or business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Material Masters in SAP for coil sales orders and PPOs.
Maintain Material Masters when technical or production changes occur.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials, Routings, Production Versions and PPOs in SAP.
Create PPOs for non-standard orders like trials and customer samples.
Manage SAP processes for non-conforming WIP and finished goods in coordination with shop floor.
Update and manage SAP tables for the coil production process.
Daily monitoring and clearing of exception reports in Ravenswood SAP system.
Coordinate trial production activities with technical and quality teams.
Lead or participate in improvements to the production planning process.
Document SAP production planning processes and train backups.
Handle other tasks as directed by supervisor or Ravenswood leadership.
