Job summary

Constellium Deutschland GmbH in Ravenswood, WV, is seeking a Reliability Planner to optimize manufacturing planning and reduce delays. You will supply materials, tools, and documentation to support safe, planned work and improve workforce productivity.

Responsibilities include creating job kits, maintaining BOMs, coordinating with storeroom and procurement, and ensuring 6S compliance within the kitting area.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field required or preferred.
• 5–8 years planning experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical machine repair required.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility required.
• Ability to estimate labor and costs.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop work packages and create job kits to enable craftsmen to perform quality planned jobs without delay.
• Ensure required parts, equipment, special tools, labor, permits, and drawings are available for each Job Plan.
• Work with area maintenance crews to deliver planned job packages to perform tasks without delay.
• Review craft feedback on completed Job Plans to improve future plans.
• Maintain 2-4 week ready-to-schedule backlog aligned with production needs.
• Maintain accurate BOMs within the CMMS for spare parts identification.
• Verify completed job packets for content accuracy and 6S in the kitting area.
• Coordinate with storeroom and procurement to ensure parts are complete on time.
• Track status of spares, including rebuilt items, and maintain stock.
• Conduct regular obsolescence reviews with Storeroom to keep stock valid and up to date.
