Job summary

The United Illuminating Company is seeking an Analyst - Business & Technical Support to provide functional and business analytical support to its BR&S team. The role includes reviewing daily error logs and performing root-cause analysis on billing/invoice issues in test and production environments.

You will work with IT, CS teams, and external vendors to define requirements, design solutions, test, and implement changes, ensuring quality controls, documentation, and regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS or related field and 3–5 years experience; or an Associate's with 5–7 years; HS/GED with 8–10 years experience.
• Experience communicating and collaborating across business and IT teams.
• Ability to document requirements, design, testing, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production support for Customer Service units.
• Identify, communicate, prioritize, document, and resolve SAP CCS production issues with business/IT/vendors.
• Collaborate with IT and CS teams on solutions, standards, and documentation for SAP system enhancements.
• Provide project support to define requirements and implement regulatory objectives for CCS interfaces.
• Support analysis, project schedules, requirements/design docs, test plans, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain standard documentation, QA controls, and change control procedures.
