The opportunity

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Managing and delivering high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with risk management focus.
• Providing continuous process improvement and leveraging best practices.
• Supervising teams to achieve complex technical initiatives, maintaining billable client work, leading delivery streams, and engaging with clients daily.
• Leading SAP projects or workstreams, researching client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and technologies.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design and business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with influence and negotiation capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge (Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable) is advantageous.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream, solution design workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 5+ full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
