Join us at EY as a SAP - Procurement - Manager - Tech Consulting. We focus on leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations, with capabilities across Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors.

The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create solutions, drawing on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions, and risk. As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyzing models and processes to ensure system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

Skills and Attributes for Success

Work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, architect solutions, and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Demonstrate technical capabilities, lead SAP projects, and deliver quality client services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience
• At least 3 full SAP implementation cycles, including SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and procurement processes
• Leadership in Procure to Pay stream and solution design workshops
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations focusing on Procure to Pay and SAP S/4HANA
