The Opportunity

Your Role

As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you'll bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyzing models and processes to capture requirements and ensure system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills & Attributes

Work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, architect solutions, and document workflows. Liaise with technical teams to translate needs into SAP and non-SAP configurations and integrations.

• Strong technical and business acumen, with SAP project delivery experience.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Leadership in Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 full SAP implementation cycles, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP’s Materials Management Module and procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay and SAP S/4HANA.
