Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes, capturing requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow and documentation, and functional design. You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions, including configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, configure, test, document, and design solutions functionally.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge (Sales, Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable) is a plus.
• Led Procure to Pay workstream, solution design workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and prior advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
