Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing professional to join our Technical Consulting team in the Core Supply Chain capability. You will lead SAP Manufacturing workstreams, design tailored S/4 HANA solutions, and collaborate with clients and offshore/onshore teams.

Regular travel (40-60%) is required as you translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high‑quality SAP projects that improve operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP).
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables on deadline.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream and project-based teams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client working sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing, gather requirements, and recommend S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise with business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service with milestone tracking, risk management, and clear communication.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
