Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing Manager within Technology Analysis to drive complex SAP initiatives. You’ll lead planning, requirement gathering, solution design, and blueprinting for manufacturing environments, coordinating with client teams and internal specialists to deliver tailored SAP solutions.

You’ll travel 40-60%, manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and governance across SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, Production Planning module.
• Experience leading teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members for timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Manufacturing expertise alongside business insight.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, risks and progress.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
