Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an innovative SAP Manufacturing leader to join our Technology Analysis team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into SAP solutions, focusing on production planning and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA (PP).
• Experience leading teams to deliver projects on time.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status against performance objectives.
• Lead client working sessions from planning through closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and recommend S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid team of offshore and onshore members for timely delivery.
• Oversee SAP projects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
