EY in the United States is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing Manager to join our Technical Consulting team within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging SAP expertise to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team, and deliver high‑quality SAP projects while cultivating strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, especially PP module.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver projects on time.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams and project-based teams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status to meet performance objectives.
• Lead client working sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing space and implement SAP best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore team and ensure timely delivery.
