EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Manufacturing workstreams within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translate business requirements into technical specs, and drive architecture solutions across SAP environments.

Travel 40–60% is expected. You will manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams, deliver high‑quality SAP projects, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while applying best

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
Minimum 3 years SAP ERP/SAP S/4 HANA, especially PP module.
Experience leading teams and delivering projects on deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
