EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering tailored SAP solutions.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, manage offshore and onshore teams, and travel 40-60% to meet client needs while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module
• Proven track record of leading teams to delivery project deliverables within critical deadlines
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels
