You will support material planning, reporting, and data maintenance in SAP, with strong Excel usage and a focus on data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year SAP experience, solid data discipline, and the ability to liaise with vendors and internal teams to keep schedules and reports aligned.

Responsibilities

Assignment Type: Contract, 3-6+ months with potential for extension

Pay: $28-33 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Hybrid - Remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tuesday through Thursday. Monday-Friday, with an 8-hour workday and some flexibility on start time.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Planning & Data Coordinator to support material planning, reporting, and data maintenance activities. This role will focus on keeping system information accurate, updating reports, and following up with vendors on delivery schedules. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with SAP and Excel, identifying data discrepancies, and collaborating with project teams to keep information organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update material and planning information in SAP.
• Review lead times and other system details to ensure data accuracy.
• Contact vendors to confirm delivery dates and follow up on open orders.
• Update internal tracking tools and reports with current information.
• Prepare and maintain open order reports and other planning reports.
• Review Excel spreadsheets and manually correct data discrepancies.
• Verify sales report details to help maintain accurate reporting.
• Assist with tracking material shortages and updating related records.
• Support data entry and tracking for engineering changes and other operational processes.
• Work closely with project managers and internal teams to maintain consistent information across systems.
• Identify and correct data issues that could affect sales, delivery timelines, and planning activities.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of SAP experience in inventory, materials planning, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and make manual data corrections.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
