Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Planning & Data Coordinator in Vernon Hills, IL for a contract role (3-6+ months) with a hybrid schedule—remote Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tue–Thu. You will support material planning, reporting, and data maintenance in SAP, with strong Excel usage and a focus on data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year SAP experience, solid data discipline, and the ability to liaise with vendors and internal teams to keep schedules and reports aligned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year SAP experience in inventory, planning, or supply chain.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update material and planning data in SAP.
• Review lead times and system details for accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm delivery dates and follow up on open orders.
• Update internal tracking tools and reports with current information.
• Prepare and maintain open order and planning reports.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies in Excel and SAP.
• Support data entry for engineering changes and operational processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to keep information consistent across systems.
