Job summary

Tessera Labs seeks an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash Architect to own the OTC domain across multiple engagements. You will lead the translation of business requirements into a robust architecture, balancing legacy limitations with a clear path to value through ECC to S/4HANA transitions.

You will work with Tessera AI agents and customer architects to deliver a design that adoption and platform enablement will sustain across engagements, while maintaining architectural integrity and delivering

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP with order-to-cash as focus, including architect-level ownership on multiple full-life cycle engagements.
• Deep hands-on SAP SD knowledge: document configuration, pricing, availability, delivery, billing, and related areas.
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA transitions, data migration, and cutover planning.
• Ability to separate requirements from legacy customizations and define clear scope and risks.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to articulate complex architecture to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with AI-enabled platforms and platform teams in enterprise deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional and architectural direction of the OTC domain across concurrent engagements.
• Design target state and trade-offs between customer requests, current system capabilities, and value creation.
• Set build standards, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover approaches while maintaining architectural integrity.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Tessera AI agents, and customer architects to answer OTC questions without follow-ups.
• Own OTC integration surface—EDI/IDoc, tax engines, payments, CRM, and warehouse systems—and flag dependencies early.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for OTC questions for Technical Program Managers.
