Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC is seeking a senior SAP OTC consultant to join our team in the United States, delivering expert configuration and support across complex order-to-cash processes. You will bring 10+ years of SAP OTC experience (SD, CS/SM), including SD sales order processing, ATP/Backorder management, and service/repair workflows, with serialization, IDOCs, EDI, and LSMWs.

Experience with user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points, plus a preference for Medical Devices industry exposure,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP OTC experience across SD, CS, and SM modules.
• Expert in SAP ATP and backorder management.
• Experience with serialization, IDOCs, EDI, and LSMWs.

Skills Required:-

• 10+ years of SAP OTC (SD and CS/SM) experience
• SD Sales order processing - Sales order type configuration, copying controls, Shipping point determination, Order combination, SD master data, Delivery creation .
• SAP ATP (Available to Promise), Backorder processing and management
• SAP CS or SM module ( Customer Service or Service Management ) - Repairs and Return order processing, Service notifications.
• Serialization, IDOCs, Standard EDI processing, LSMWs.
• Strong in customizations - User exits, BADIs, Enhancement points.
• Medical Devices industry, is a plus.
