Job summary

iROW9 INC is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Analyst for hands-on design, configuration, testing, and production support across OTC processes in a hybrid Minneapolis role.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end OTC activities, manage complex pricing, and work with ABAP teams to implement scalable SAP solutions while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience with S/4HANA.
• End-to-end OTC processes including pricing, delivery, billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
• Resolve complex issues across master/transactional data, document flow, pricing, availability, outputs, interfaces, and configuration using root-cause analysis.
• Support aATP including availability, backorders, product allocation, supply protection, prioritization, and confirmation.
• Support customer segmentation and differentiated fulfillment strategies.
• Create detailed functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and custom development.
• Support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing, defect triage, and deployment.
• Work with ABAP, FI, MM, PP, Transportation, WM, Master Data, and technical teams on integrations and issue resolution.
• Mentor analysts, facilitate design sessions, and promote standard SAP, scalable solutions, and reduced customization.

Job Overview

Seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Analyst for hands-on solution design, configuration, production support, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement across OTC processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OTC solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
• Resolve complex issues across master/transactional data, document flow, pricing, availability, outputs, interfaces, and configuration using root-cause analysis.
• Support aATP including availability, backorders, product allocation, supply protection, prioritization, and confirmation.
• Support customer segmentation and differentiated fulfillment strategies.
• Manage complex pricing, condition technique, pricing procedures, formulas, exclusions, ABAP routines, and account determination.
• Support quantity contracts, contract consumption, release orders, target quantities, validity, and pricing.
• Create detailed functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and custom development.
• Support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing, defect triage, and deployment.
• Work with ABAP, FI, MM, PP, Transportation, WM, Master Data, and technical teams on integrations and issue resolution.
• Mentor analysts, facilitate design sessions, and promote standard SAP, scalable solutions, and reduced customization.

Required Skills

• Significant hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience with strong S/4HANA expertise.
• End-to-end OTC: Sales Orders, Contracts, Availability, Delivery/Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credits/Debits, Pricing, Copy Control, Document Flow, and Output Management.
• Strong SAP configuration, production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong complex pricing/condition technique expertise.
• Experience writing detailed functional specifications and working with ABAP/development teams.
• Integration knowledge across FI, MM, and PP.
• Strong business/technical stakeholder communication and solution-design skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide functional leadership/mentoring.
• Experience supporting live production systems while delivering enhancements/implementation work.
