Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Minnesota seeks an OTC SAP Functional Lead / Product Owner to drive SAP Order Management and Fulfillment initiatives. You will translate business needs into SAP solutions, manage the OTC backlog, lead requirement gathering, coordinate testing and deployment, and support process improvements across order management, fulfillment, ATP, ASN, and POA.

Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally; on-site at Maplewood campus.

Job description

Role: OTC IT SAP Functional Lead / Product Owner overseeing SAP Order Management and Fulfillment initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the OTC product backlog, translating business needs into SAP solutions, leading requirement gathering, coordinating testing and deployment, and supporting process improvements in order management, fulfillment, ATP, ASN, and POA.

The role involves stakeholder collaboration across customer service, supply chain, and IT teams, with oversight of Agile Scrum activities and documentation standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of SAP functional experience in private, public, government, or military sectors, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management, Fulfillment, ATP/aATP, ASN, and related integrations.

Preferred skills include SAP Fiori, EDI, SAP S/4HANA certification, and experience with SAP SD, EWM, and transportation/logistics processes.

High-value specifics: focus on SAP OTC architecture, multinational manufacturing environments, and global supply chain integration.

Work setup: On-site at the Maplewood, MN campus, with up to 25% domestic/international travel; relocation not authorized.
