Job summary

Global Business Ser 4u Inc. seeks an SAP OTC/OTB Senior Lead to guide end-to-end Order-to-Bill processes for a US S/4HANA launch. The role blends onshore/offshore leadership and requires strong strategic and execution skills.

The position is Remote - Hybrid with travel to Lexington, KY once per month. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success in this senior-capacity project.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP OTC / Order-to-Bill experience with deep functional expertise.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations and large SAP transformations.
• Strong understanding of OTC integration points (FI-AR, logistics, pricing, tax, billing).
• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role Overview

Oxford client is looking for an SAP OTC/OTB Senior Lead who will play a critical role in supporting a S/4HANA US Launch, providing functional leadership across the end-to-end Order-to-Bill (OTB / OTC) process. This role is responsible for guiding solution design, planning, and execution while leading a blended onshore/offshore SAP OTC/OTB team. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, strong leadership presence, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP transformations.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP OTC / Order-to-Bill experience with deep functional expertise.
• Familiarity with SAP Condition Contracts Management (CCM) module (formerly Customer Rebates)
• Extensive experience leading SAP implementations or major transformations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of OTC integration points (FI-AR, logistics, pricing, tax, credit, billing).
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
• Experience supporting high-visibility go-lives with executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of FSCM Credit Management, pricing complexity, EDI, or tax integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, or SAP Activate methodology.
• SAP SD / S/4HANA certifications.
