Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Boston is seeking an experienced SAP OTC consultant to lead and configure SAP Order-to-Cash processes. You will manage sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP OTC experience, strong SAP SD knowledge, and proven ability to design solutions, prepare functional specs, and support testing and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP OTC modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Returns.
• Good understanding of Customer Master Data and Credit Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and Fiori applications.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specs and working with ABAP teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, IDocs, EDI, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Ability to create process documentation and training materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global delivery and Agile environments.
• SAP SD/OTC certification and SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

Responsibilities
