LHH is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with SAP expertise for a long-term contract in Orange County. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and a superior customer experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, or Sales Support experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience required.
• Experience with order entry, order processing, or customer account management strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer and order-related issues independently.
• Strong follow-through and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders using SAP.
• Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide customers with updates regarding order status, product availability, shipping, and delivery timelines.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, delays, returns, and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer account, order, and transaction information in SAP.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to resolve customer needs.
• Track open orders and proactively communicate potential delays or issues.
• Prepare reports and maintain customer documentation as needed.
• Provide professional and timely follow-up while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
