Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in supply chain, logistics, or order management.
• Experience with SAP MM or SD modules.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer sales orders in SAP for accuracy and fulfillment.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, freight, permits, and documentation.
• Monitor shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain SAP transactions to support inventory integrity and traceability.
• Coordinate customer invoicing and internal controls compliance.
• Communicate with 3PLs, warehouses, freight carriers, and teams.
• Support planning/procurement to meet inventory and demand.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery and identify improvements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and shipping issues promptly.
• Assist with other supply chain projects as needed.
