Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an hourly distribution coordinator to support daily 3PL distribution center operations and SAP execution within our Water business. You will monitor transactions, assist with corrections, validate order status, and escalate issues that affect service, inventory accuracy, or site performance.

You will prepare and distribute daily site reports, maintain clear communication with 3PL leadership, and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum 24 months of warehouse/distribution/operations-support experience.
Experience using SAP, ERP, WMS, or related systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail with ability to research and follow up on items.
Clear professional communication with 3PL partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Provide hourly coordinator support for daily 3PL distribution center operations.
Support SAP execution across the Water business and monitor transactions.
Prepare and distribute daily site reporting on volume, backlog, and shipping status.
Support 3PL leadership to review priorities and track open issues.
Serve as first point of SAP questions and escalate as needed.
Monitor SAP queues, exception reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
Support inventory accuracy, discrepancy follow-up, and cycle counts.
Maintain daily communication with internal partners and 3PL on orders and status.
Document recurring issues and support corrective actions and standard work.
Perform other duties to support DC performance and reporting accuracy.
