Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Manufacturing Engineer (MRO/ Plant Maintenance) to manage ERP sustainment and improvements. You will work on SAP modules, ensure system stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, supporting SAP upgrades, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years of related experience, or 13+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 9+ years SAP experience with MRO and Plant Maintenance implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MRO/PM workstreams and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP sustainment and improvement for MRO/Plant Maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and test SAP modules.
• Document requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and process flows.
