Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; 15+ years experience, or 13+ with graduate degree; 19+ years if no degree.
• Strong understanding of business process design and system support methods.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple SAP functional areas (PS, PTM, PMMO, QM).
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and implement enhancements.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for business process support and SAP system administration.
• Translate operational needs into scalable SAP process and system solutions.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements focusing on efficiency and standardization.
• Oversee SAP modules and related systems and applications.
• Coordinate issue resolution with IT, SAP analysts, developers, and third-party support.
