Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Manufacturing Engineering (Production Planning/PMMO) to guide ERP sustainment across Production Planning, Execution and PMMO. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design SAP solutions, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvement to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading SAP modules configuration, gathering requirements, supporting upgrades and new rollouts, and creating detailed specs and process flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 9+ years of ERP experience or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning, Execution and PMMO with successful implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP/PMMO and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and test SAP modules while promoting standardization.
• Document business requirements for SAP modules and align with business objectives.
• Support optimization and ongoing SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specs and process flows.
• Prioritize issue resolution and guide troubleshooting of complex SAP issues.
