Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Manufacturing Engineer (MRO/ Plant Maintenance) to lead ERP sustainment and improvements across SAP modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process standardization, and ensure system stability for production environments.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in SAP MRO/Plant Maintenance, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a track record of delivering ERP enhancements and module rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP, with a proven track record of successful system MRO and Plant Maintenance implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance workstreams and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, corporate IT and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP modules related to their areas while providing expert guidance on best practices and implementing process standardization.
• Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support optimization and ongoing support of large SAP system, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for these SAP, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
• Stay current with new technologies, especially within SAP systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.
