Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Manufacturing Engineer (Quality) to drive ERP sustainment and quality improvements across production systems.

The role focuses on SAP module design, testing, and optimization to align with business objectives and ensure system stability. The ideal candidate brings extensive SAP Quality experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex ERP challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 7+ years preferred.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP Quality with successful implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Quality workstream and integration with SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and service personnel to design, configure, and test SAP modules.
• Document business requirements for SAP modules and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support optimization and ongoing SAP system enhancements, upgrades and rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and process flows.
