Job summary

G-3 Chickadee is seeking a Maintenance SAP Master Scheduler in Houston, TX to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance across site operations. You will work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to maximize equipment availability and minimize disruption.

Responsibilities include developing look-ahead schedules, utilizing SAP to manage work orders, prioritizing work based on requirements, and supporting KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Scheduler.
• Experience supporting turnarounds, outages, or major maintenance events.
• Experience in oil & gas, LNG, pipeline, or petrochemical facilities.
• Experience with maintenance KPI reporting and schedule compliance analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and look-ahead maintenance schedules in coordination with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and field personnel.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance work based on operational requirements, equipment criticality, manpower availability, and execution priorities.
• Utilize SAP to manage maintenance work orders, scheduling activities, backlog, and work execution status.
• Coordinate work orders and schedules with Maintenance and Operations to ensure work is properly sequenced and ready for execution.
• Review work requirements and confirm necessary manpower, materials, equipment, and supporting documentation are available prior to scheduling.
• Manage and prioritize maintenance backlog to support efficient and timely work execution.
• Coordinate manpower and craft availability with Maintenance supervision.
• Monitor schedule compliance, identify delays or constraints, and communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Support maintenance KPI reporting, including schedule compliance, backlog, and execution performance.
• Participate in field walkdowns and work closely with field maintenance personnel to ensure schedules accurately reflect execution requirements.
• Support turnarounds, outages, and major maintenance scheduling activities as required.
