Who You Are:

The SAP Labor Costing Functional Analyst will be at the forefront of optimizing labor costing processes within a manufacturing or service environment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that labor collection on production and service orders is executed with precision. You will leverage your expertise in Shop Floor Execution to enhance the accuracy of labor data captured. Your understanding of Controlling, Activity Types, Work Centers, Labor Rates, and Cost Elements will be crucial in analyzing and reporting labor costs effectively. Additionally, your experience with Time Keeping tools will be essential for determining the duration and associated costs on Production Order or Service Order accurately.

Here is what you need:
  1. 5+ years of experience with Shop Floor Execution for Labor Collection on Production Orders and Service Orders
  2. Understanding of Controlling, Activity Types, Work Centers, Labor Rates and Cost Elements
  3. Experience with Time Keeping tool determining Duration on Production Order or Service Order
  4. Experience with integration to SAP Finance
  5. Experience testing custom enhancements
  6. Secret clearance required
  7. Must be local to St. Louis and willing to work onsite 5 days per week, willing to relocate to St. Louis or willing to travel 100% to St. Louis
Bonus if you have:
  1. Field-specific skills or certifications related to labor costing and functional analysis

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$108,400—$243,100 USD
