**Responsibilities**
As the Functional Analyst Manager - HR, you will lead the Human Resources (HR) technology team in the development of business requirements for plan design and changes. Manage the build and delivery of HR programs. Other responsibilities will include:

+ Act as the key contact for vendor relations for HR technology, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, HR Help Desk, and knowledge management vendors.
+ Manage a team of 5 senior business analyst supporting recruitment, knowledge management, and HR Help desk.
+ Assist in vendor selection process.
+ Drive change management for program and plan improvements and make recommendations that lead to enhanced plan delivery.
+ Design and build governance process for changes in the systems and databases.
+ Work with HR leadership to understand their needs and build plans for how to use current technology to address those needs.
+ Responsible for resolving complex technology support issues and business process enhancements by scoping, designing, architecting, troubleshooting, testing and maintaining various systems and knowledge databases.
+ Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
**Requirements**
**Education:**
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Bachelor's degree or above preferred
+ 2+ years experience as a System Administrator for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Knowledge Management System, or Human Resource (HR) programs
+ Self-starter & proactive in determining potential issues or concerns
+ Outstanding communicator with top notch organizational & time management skills
+ Experience with Oracle is strongly preferred
