Position Overview:

The Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst provides production support, techno-functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. This individual will support across modules or systems and act as a liaison between the technical development team and the business to manage system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, and daily issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal clients with the Oracle Financial Suite ERP
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues
• Apply best practices and business knowledge to improve products, services, or processes
• Guide others in resolving complex issues based on existing solutions and procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• Experience with Oracle R12 Financials (AP, AR, Collections, GL, Web center) is essential
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Operations, Cost Management
• At least 1 year experience in SQL query writing and execution
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Order Management and Inventory modules
• Familiarity with Ship and Debit, Price Protection modules

Work Arrangement:

Fully remote position; travel to Arrow offices may be required upon leadership request.
