Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support) in a project-management role.
Hands-on use of JIRA for agile project tracking, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S4/HANA program delivery across multiple workstreams with governance.
Own and administer JIRA boards, epics, stories, and backlogs; track progress and risks.
Coordinate with Product teams, developers, and QA during PI planning and releases.
Manage scope, change control, RAID logs, and program-level reporting.
Drive continuous process improvement and standardized reporting across the SAP team.
Ensure timely delivery of deployments, upgrades, and integrations with legacy systems.
