Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS-U Billing Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients across the United States. You will translate complex billing requirements into functional designs and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role involves coordinating across billing, device management, and FI-CA interfaces, validating invoicing and postings, and supporting testing, cutover, and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with at least 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for billing and invoicing across utilities and service territories.
• Configure SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions, including master data and billing schemas.
• Configure and support period- and non-period billing, estimations, rebilling, and pricing rules.
• Validate invoicing, billing documents, and downstream postings with FI-CA.
• Analyze billing exceptions and root causes across meters, device data, rates and contracts.
• Prepare functional designs, configs, test scripts, and process flows.
